We went for our first visit to the FQ, and it was a wonderful trip. It was our first trip to a moderate. The bus system is pretty good when going to the parks, but after closing we always had a long line to get on or had to stand up the bus ride back. One night at DD, the boat closed due to lightning and our bus driver took us back through Riverside first. Only problem was we were standing and most of the people were going to FQ. The rooms were very nice and clean. My son, 4, loved the serpent pool, especially the slide. You have to get a beignet if you are staying here. With all the Katrina news it was weird they put us in building one, room 1144, on Ponchatrain Way. I would give our resort experience an 8, and would maybe come back. We've done all three resort types now, and I think we will try to go back to deluxe. If anybody has questions, feel free to ask.

Was there anything in particular that you liked or didn't like at the resort?

Were you happy with your room location? (I'm not planning on requesting a certain building or anything. I just like to hear how people feel there location was.)

I liked the resort very much. We were in building 1 which is not a bad spot. It was quiet and pretty close to the pool. Walk from bus stop was probably 5 minutes. I would recommend this resort. We were on the courtyard side of the building which I think helped the liking of the spot.
