I have been to OKW several times but this was the first time I stayed at BWV. I stayed in room 4107 which is a standard view studio. All I can say is I loved the room. The location just cant be beat. From my windows I could see the tops of several of the world showcase pavillions like Morocco and American Adventure. My first evening there I roamed around the Boardwalk and enjoyed the traveling entertainers. I enjoyed Wishes from the boardwalk. From the main boardwalk side enterance the fireworks appeared above SAB. I went back to my room and enjoyed watched the High Firework from Illumination on my Balcony.

There was only one problem with the room. When I arrived the towel rack by the sink was off the wall and sitting on the counter. The Bellhop quickly called maintenance for me and the towel rack was back up when I return from touring the boardwalk. The hole was fixed the next day.

The convenience to Epcot and MGM were great. I walked and used the boat between both locations. Transportation between the other parks was OK to. BWV, BW & S/D now share a different bus to Magic Kingdom from YC, BC & BCV Bus transportation was quick even after Spectromagic and Wishes. I might have helped that the parks were dead most of the week.

I still love OKW and will go back there often. I will probably continue though to wait list for a Standard view BWV on the off chance to stay there again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. You listed many of the reasons I love the BWV. The convenience cannot be beat. The standard view option is an amazing value, IMHO!

Thanks for the report!

Best wishes -
