Just wondering if you can do this at Rock N'Rollercoaster. We've got friends who are going next month and they have a child who is not tall enough to ride. I know at most of the major attractions WDW does offer the baby-swap, but I've never seen anybody do it at RNR. Can you???

If i'm not mistaken, I believe you have to get fastpasses, and then go through the fastpass line and do the babyswap there. I dont know the details, but I remember reading a post from a family who was turned away after waiting in the standby line because they needed fastpasses.

You don't have to get fast passes, but the CM near the fast pass machine will give you a child swap pass that is printed on the same paper as a fast pass. You go through the line as usual while the person w/the baby waits in the gift shop. Then you give them the child swap pass and they get to go through the fast pass line. I wish you could just all wait together and then ride like at Universal.

Yep, just let the CM who is guarding the fastpass lane know what you're doing and they'll tell you what to do.

I love the "child watcher" passes that they give out. I think the best part is it says up to 3 people can ride. That way if you have 2 or 3 children, the older children can ride the ride twice--one time with each parent. Everybody wins!! Each parent gets to share the experience with the older kid, and the older kids get to ride twice on one fast pass and the baby doesn't have to wait in line. The non-riding parent can take the baby anywhere.

Wow, that sounds great! We did this on Space Mountain when my youngest was too afraid to ride. I was hoping they did something similar for RNR. Thanks to everyone for all your help!!

There is a baby swap available on any ride, but it tends to happen more frequently on the ones that kids would be scared to ride or can't ride due to restrictions.
