I was wondering if i fly on sw with a lap baby will he have an oxygen mask?

There are 4 masks for every 3 seats. I think they only allow one lap baby per 3 seats.

Just remember, it is VERY important that you put your mask on first. If you pass out because you did not get your mask on fast enough, then you'll be no help to your child.
