I just wanted to add a few things. We have annual passes and have used the baby care centers since ds was 6 weeks old. He is now 2 years old.
Epcot---the lights in the nursing room are adjustable for each rocker. There is a dimmer switch behind each rocker. Often during busy season, all the rockers were taken in the nursing room. I just sat on the floor to nurse when this happened. Each time I had requested to the CM that they need a garbage can in the nursing room, however, only once had one ever been there. I explained to them about disposable nursing pads and needing having a place to dispose of them in the room would be nice. There is a trash can located just outside of the nursing room, near the sink.
In my many talks with CM I was informed that they are to clean changing tables after each use and every hour whether or not someone uses the table. I have found that a few adhere to this, but most do not.
For the older kids waiting, there is a tv in each baby care center (not MGM's). Usually the staff has a movie playing. If not, it's usually the Disney Channel.
There are toys in most of the baby care centers (not MGM's). I have only witnessed them being cleaned once at the end of the day. Of course, at Epcot my son spies these toys every time. They sell most of these toys in the Epcot baby care center.
The changing tables at MGM, MK, and Epcot are huge. The changing tables at AK are very tiny. My toddler can stretch out on the big ones, but he is too long for the AK ones.
The parking for strollers are the different babycare centers are as follows: AK can bring stroller inside, MK park just outside between the first aid center and baby care center. I usually park along the wall, because if there is an unexpected downpour, the ones parked near Crystal palace will get soaked. At Epcot the parking is along the walls between the first aid and baby care centers. Be careful if you park by the trees. Twice we got bird droppings on our stroller, gross. I usually park on the left hand side between the two centers or by the button for handicap access into the center. At MGM you can take the stroller inside the center. However, it is very small and a tight squeeze. An umbrella stroller fits great, the big strollers require some creative manuevering to get to a changing table.
