Yeah, I had to give ANTSS a tongue lashing in a PM for reposting by far the worst picture in Jill's report! As if one picture wasn't enough, ANTSS decided to share it with you all again, lest you missed it the first time! I tried to get Jill to crop out the injured whale lying up in bed beside Brooklynn, but she told me couldn't. Methinks she was lying! Anyway, everyone please be kind and ONLY look at the sleeping baby, not the big old honkin' feet piled up on pillows, and certainly not the semi comatose old lady attached to said feet!

As I said, dear ANTSS, I owe you one! All in fun, of course.

I've fallen waaaaay behind, but I'm tryin to catch up!

You have to remember we are from the South - shoes are optional! She does wear shoes now. When we were down there this summer though she was only taking 2-3 steps so she spent most the time in the stroller.

Yes, between Mommy, Daddy, MeMom, Trent, and Kristi - Brooklynn's sweet little feet rarely hit the ground during the trip.

Well, well, well...declansdad wants to get on board the funny train, too! And after all I've done for you!

Okay, I've done nothing for you.

But, Jill, I have done something for you.

Have you forgotten that perfectly nice SURPRISE birthday party when you were eleven?

And you repay me like this?

Okay, I'm going to say that my beached whale picture more than makes up for your skinny behind picture.

And we're not even even.

Like on a seesaw. I'd come out the loser. So let's call a truce, with me on the losing end.

And for all of you who want to repost and repost my loveliness....watch out!

I know people.

I'm about to go hook up with some of my villain buds NEXT WEEK!

I'm sure I could talk one of them into conjuring up a fire-breathing dragon or turning you all into toads or something.

And if not, then just beware. I can retaliate if I ever see YOU in the parks.

I have a camera, and I'm not afraid to use it.


Now, enough of that. Yes, the sleeping baby is precious. It was good that she got sleep then. She sure didn't get any when she was at my house yesterday.

I love going to all the resorts. I want to make a trip just to resort hop and shop. Yeah, that's it. Just a "Hop and Shop" trip. I wouldn't even have to barely even go into the parks. Except I'd have to ride Soarin'. I couldn't be there and not ride that.

We had an absolute blast!!! I loved being able to see all my kids get away from the burdens of work and school just having a great time. We're so excited about next week! We weren't scheduled to go back until Christmas, but now that we have this one planned, I think that Jill and I both might have exploded if we'd had to wait until then. We're so pumped up about Mickey's Halloween Party and seeing all the fall decorations. Hopefully, we'll meet some Disers, too, since there are going to be a bazillion of them there next week.

But I wanted to catch up on your TR as I know you will be leaving again shortly! In case I don't get back before you leave, I hope you have a great trip! Can't wait to hear all about it. And maybe by then I will have made some progress on my TR... yeah right!

Here are a few more from my World Showcase morning. I wish I had had several more hours to just take pictures, but I didn't want to miss that meal and parade viewing at Tony's. I bought a few things I'll use at school this year. I got an Eiffel Tower replica and a book for my classroom. I also bought Jill, Kristi, and myself good luck kitties in Japan. The different colors bring you good luck for different things. The gold ones claim to make all your dreams come true and bring you financial prosperity. I couldn't ask for more than that. I have mine on my desk at school, and when I look at it, I remember that nice little shop in Japan. I look forward to taking Jill back next week so she can see the pretty kimonos and jewelry boxes that were also in that store.

I truly enjoyed just walking aimlessly around the countries. I drank my way around the world. Yep - stopped at every water fountain I saw in every country. I had a pistachio baklava in Morocco that was good but very rich.

I love to look at the detail of the architecture, and I wish I had a billion dollars to buy almost one of everything in every shop. I would have liked to bring back all my friends something really nice as a souvenir.

I wanted to take a picture of somebody in a phone booth, but we never got around to that.

Here's a picture I have wanted to take for a while. I was glad to get it. It just looks very peaceful to me.

Have any of you eaten here? I hope I can have a taste of some of this type of food at Food and Wine Festival without having to get the whole meal inside the restaurant.

In Germany, I wanted to get a train picture and a picture of the cuckoo clock sounding the hour, but I only got the train.

This one should've been up by Tangierine Cafe, but it was in a different spot in photobucket, so I just added it at the end. It's one of my favorites.

I plan to take many more pictures of World Showcase this time. That is my plan. If I really get to may be another story. This trip is going to be so short and jam packed that I might not be able to stop long enough to snap. I hope I can get a few, though.

It's no fun when the real world interferes with our Dis time, but it's understandable.

We're super excited about next week, especially after seeing some of the pictures others have been posting of all the fall decorations on Main Street. We're going to write a mini-report within a report for this one. Hopefully, we'll do better at getting it all put together in a shorter time than we're doing on this one. It just does take time to load all the pictures and such, and as you said, life gets in the way. Jill has scrapbooking stuff galore, but she doesn't have the time to put the scrapbooks together. I think she said she's two books behind where she wants to be right now.

If we only didn't have to have sleep or eat or work or work overtime, we might be able to fit everything in. If we don't see you before our trip, we'll see you when we get back and have some not-so-scary pictures to share!

I think you are doing a wonderful job and even if it is taking longer than you expected maybe that's a good thing because as you add, slow but steady you get to relive each moment in your memory while sharing with all of us. And, you are leaving in just a week so perhaps it will be almost as though you never left....Almost
