i booked b hotel through mousesavers and resort fees are waived but are there taxes and if yes how much?

You will have sales tax and resort/tourist tax (often called hotel tax) added to your bill. Something around a total of 12.5% - 13.5% depending on which county your hotel is located, Orange or Osceola.

Yup. It's 12.5% for the B Resort and Spa guest rooms.
