Ay yi yi splitsville issue

Called member services today to book the splitsville dvc bowling package and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. He tried to book me twice as just bowling and twice as just a meal. I had to direct him as to where the package even existed on the main page. It's only on Wednesdays ,which i told him several times but he kept looking up other days anyway. Lol I was on for more than a half an hour. I gave up. Maybe tomorrow I will see if someone else knows. Anyone else have this troubles? Our travel is the first week of June so not sure if it's too far out....he didn't know either when I asked if that might be the issue.

I called a few weeks ago and had no problems getting it booked for
July 16th. Definitely try back again and hopefully you'll get someone else who knows what's going on.

If you get another CM that doesn't know what you are talking about, I suggest asking for a supervisor. A half hour and no progress seems to be a little too much time to get nowhere......

Friends went this week. The gift was a pair of socks. They give away 3 DVC shirts for the first 3 to bowl a strike or spare at a designated time.

When you book splitsville via the regular Disney reservation system are you booking bowling and food or just food? Have not been able to find the answer to this.
We have a reservation there in July on a Friday but am thinking about changing to the Wednesday to take advantage of the DVC special instead to make sure we get the bowling too.

You have to call member services and make it through them.

I called DVC member services to book the splitsville package last Monday and was told they had no information on it and to call back in a week. Haven't called yet but will probably try tomorrow.

shared appetizer for each party of 2 along with entree. not sure about desert. they said the food was OK. 1 glass of beer or wine or refillable soda.
