I haven't lost any lbs for 2 weeks! I'm on WW and exercise every day!! How do you get over your plateaus?! :cheer2:
 
Are you eating all your points? Are you eating your 35 extra points? One way that may work is by eating a little more calories one or two days, breaking it up with lower calorie days, to trick your metabolism. Good luck!


BTW - Where are you staying in Disney - we are going at the same time!! Hope to see you there as a skinnier and healthier person (and me too!)!
 
Change it up a bit somewhere. Can you split your meals into two with the same portion just in 2 servings? Your body will be tricked by having a constant opportunity for fuel and perhaps will release the storage. Change your exercise routine, increase in some areas and work different body parts in different order. Mainly, as you know, don't give up. Drink your water, and keep at it.
 
I agree with Tiger Lily.....change it up. If you have pretty much been eating the same foods, try something new or different as your body gets in a rut. Also, change up your exercise plan, if you have been doing the same exercise try to pick something new to change it up a little. And one of the most important things I have learned is to be sure to get your dairy in every day, it makes a big difference.
