Average Water Temps????

Ok, now that the Nov 07 dates are out we are having a tough time deciding when to cruise again. We were just on the Western Magic cruise at the end of January and could not get into the water at Castaway or even the pools on board due to the wind. Don't know about what the water was like at Grand Cayman as we did an island tour since we have never been there before. We really want to do some snorkeling in Grand Cayman and hopefully by next year Disney will return to Cozumel. Does anyone know where to find out average water temps for each of the ports on the Western cruise. Thanks in advance.
