Availability for HHI, seven month window, summer time

Anyone have experience getting two bedrooms at the seven month window for HHI at the beginning of summer. We are thinking of getting two two bedrooms for summer 2006 and wondered if this was a difficult time for non-HHI owners to get access? Be brutally honest
