August Theme Park Opening Time

We will be in Orlando next week and are planning one day at US/IOA. The posted park opening time is 9:00 a.m. Do they let people in early where it is summer? What time should we be at the gate? We want to arrive early. THANKS.

I stayed on-site in mid-July and we noticed that the parks were open earlier than 9:00am. One morning, we were able to get into US at 8:45! I don't know why the parks were open earlier, but they were. Hope this helps!!!

They often open early especially the Studios more often than Islands. In July there were a couple of week they even opened at 8:00 AM.
