So, do they open online checkin in 5 1/2 hours, or keep us hanging? Stay tuned…
Yes it took about 2 hours and many tries to upload the pics.Is it working for any of you? We can't upload the pics.
What pics do we need to upload? Passport pics, or something else?Yes it took about 2 hours and many tries to upload the pics.
Passport and an identification photo for security - headshot, no glasses, nothing on your headWhat pics do we need to upload? Passport pics, or something else?

I agree. Letting you know about the pictures would be exactly the sort of communication they SHOULD have mentioned!!!!This is awful! I wish they gave us notice about the pics, and it would be nice if their system would accept them.

Geesh, we did good then...only about 12 hours from start to finish.Hope everyone finally got their check-in complete. Only took us about 16 hours from when we started. We did have to give up for a while.
Is everyone noticing that the PATs seem to all be pushed back?
That was just insane. At the very least DCL should have told us we needed pictures...and maybe had a website that worked. I said that to DH too, thank God it was on a Saturday and he was home or I never would have gotten through it myself. You really lucked out with the time difference. So, did everyone survive the lovely new online check-in process? The one plus for me was being able to start at 1pm on Saturday rather than midnight. What a nightmare…it took almost four and a half hours to complete.
Pics shouldn’t be on the cards, but like I said in our other group, expect the unexpected. Now I am concerned about their plans for the "Security Photograph" we had to upload...seems to me that they may put those hastily prepared photos on the KttW cards...The Boss Lady and our daughter may be mad at me.
