Susans answer on paying for our pins

Eastbounders can pay at any time. Payment deadlline will be May 31st.

They can either send me a money order for the total amount or they can send via paypal adding 2,9% plus 30 cents to cover the paypal fees that I'm charged for accepting payments.

If they want the pins shipped in advance (Dan&Scott and I can distribute the night before at the various Dismeets without any problem) then they'll need to add in shipping/handling costs. The hard part is guessing what this will be............

I sent Susan an email asking for the total amount that I need to give her and her mailing or PayPal info, but haven't heard back from her yet. If I use PayPal, does she want a self addressed stamped envelope to be sent to her so she can mail the pins/medallions to me? If she does, then I guess it will make more sense to send her payment instead of using PayPal.

I think I ordered 7 pins and 2 medallions so maybe I'll put 10 of my larger pins in a padded envelope and weigh it to try to get the correct postage for them to be sent to me. I'm not sure how else to guess at the return shipping cost.

A 17th Century captain was sailing along with his crew when a pirate ship came over the horizon. The captain says, "Cabin boy, get me my red shirt." So, he gets his red shirt and they victoriously battle the pirates. Several days later, they spot another pirate ship off the port bow. "Cabin boy," says the captain "get me my red shirt." They again battle the pirates and are victorious. Later when things had settled down, the cabin boy asks, "Captain, why do you always want your red shirt just prior to battle?" The captain responds, "Well, in case I am inflicted with a wound, I don't want the crew to see my injury and lose spirit." "I see," says the cabin boy. A few days later, they sight 20 pirate in the distance the captain yells out, "Cabin boy, get me my brown pants."

Man--I haven't been on the boards in a few days (Thank God for slow activity here on the boards on the weekends!!!). Been busy posting 3 more auctions of Addison's winter clothes and last summer's clothes which no longer fit. The only thing that fits from last summer (in 12-18 months) are shorts. Talk about small waist and SHORT legs! Her torso is soo long that she needs 2T at least. Anyway--as soon as her closet is cleaned out--I'll be back.

Going to WDW and staying at AKL this Fri. night through Sun!! Can't wait!!

Lovely rainy day here. glad it is in that form and not the other stuff we could be getting. If the forecasts are correct we could be getting LOTS of rain. Many large lake type puddles. Yuck.

Hello Fools. It has been raining all day and there is the usuall foor of water in front of my driveway. I did not venture out except to walk Max. At least the yucky black snow is getting washed away. It is supposed to be 60 on Wednesday, I may get to put the bulbs in the ground. If I can kneel, I am almost there, but not quite.

I just placed an order from Cafe Press, a pink (my favorite colour) Tee Shirt, and 2 tank tops, one from my store and a sisterhood print. Now I will fit in................who is making the shirt of the day calendar? Between these and the 4 from Chadwicks, I should be set for the first week. 1 down, 2 to go!

Back from WDW,and the trip to return all stuff we pulled out of my parents home after last year's hurricanes. Got to see our CP daughter doing her thing at Innoventions (if anyone is going to WDW and spots Chelsea at either the great Pizza Race or the Robot making station just tell her you are on the DIS board and you are sorry she won't be going on the cruise )

We got upgraded to the fifth floor of the Beach Club, now I know how the other half lives (and I like it!!!)

I will second the vote on the car show at MGM I wasn't sure I would like it but it was very entertaining. We also found the Kona Cafe at the Poly, what wonderful food!!!!

Bob, sorry there has been no picture but I am photo impaired. Not a clue how to get the one I can scan into a format that will go on the other site. But I do need to learn since I took some great pics at the candy hunt on the beach club lawn. I wonder what the parents were thinking as I shot pictures of the their kids. They were just too cute.

Anyone have a recommendation for a cam corder? Our JVC which has been a lemon since we got it is acting up again and I just can't bring myself to return the stupid thing to them for the third time.
