Woo hoo...my dad and his GF Caroline are going to be on the cruise. My father is paying their way...both DH and my sister laughed when I told them dad wouldn't accept the gift. Anyway, I am happy, my dad and Caroline are so much fun, and they're excited about the cruise. My dad has checked into getting a passport, Caroline already has one, and they have all their travel arrangements made. WinoTracy, please add 3 to the wine tasting...I think DH may go along too. Piglett, I will email you with name tag info. Is it still possible to get room signs and T-shirts ? Can all of you tell I'm giddy ???

We're using Disney transportation from LAX to the port. Hopefully they won't wait too much longer to have the specific details, but a CM at DCL assured me that they would be transporting from LAX.

It's -10 right now. It was -18 when I got up and -15 when I left for work at 7:40. We're supposed to get up to 17 here too. Heat wave for the weekend though - highs of around 30 and low of +12 on Saturday and +6 on Sunday. It's always surprising to be happy about a single digit tempurature.

As far as a DIS pin or a Ship of Fools pin-the least amount that can be ordered is 100. How would I go about doing a mass mailing to find out if there is interest? Or can we include it in the newsletter?

I can still make magnets for anyone that is interested. They are $2.00 each due to the cost of the magnet paper and their weight when shipping. Wish I could have gotten a deal on the magnet paper like I did on the laminating paper for the name tags. Oh well......

Just spoke to Andy. He will still do door signs (fullpage ones, see reference on page one) and iron-ons for the t-shirts. You can also order T-shirts from www.zazzle.com. I'm waiting to hear on the cost from Andy. It will be in the Newsletter on Tuesday!

People can also upload the pics to Cafe Press and I think magnets too. Here's the link: http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info. Jenn & Jeff (JenKatt & TigfanJeff) have used them before and they said their stuff is better than zazzle (you know I'm anti-zazzle). They also said they're cheaper.

I think that would be me, Tracy. No real details organized other than it will be one of the sea days (not the same one as the Wine Tasting). I was thinking maybe the first Tuesday (day between Cabo and Acapulco). Early enough in the cruise to get to know each other better.

Just getting names/number of people for now. I have a list of about 30 interested so far. I can send you the list if you need it.

I'm almost done, too. Question - how have you shipped this in the past? Canada Post or Purolator/FedEx??? My package is headed for the US.

I've had a good time trying to think of something for everyone in the family, as well as a couple of "gifts" for everyone to share!
