Hi Grumbo,

If you PM me the address of the Budget you are using, dh and I will go to their office and get the info. from the manager. We'll also ask for a written verification of a shuttle.

Edited - I just saw your other post Grumbo. Want us to "convince them" to look in to a shuttle? If so, PM me.

We're using Budget and the drop off is relatively close to the port.
I called the agency and they said they DO have a shuttle but others have disputed that so it isn't 100% yet.
The list of cruisers is on page 1 of this thread and if you want to add or correct anything pm me and/or jazzman.

I actually meant the code of the rental office-I think it is LG2-is that correct? Also when do you plan on arriving at the port-maybe we could meet there, drop the cars off together and share the cost of the cab. Just a thought.

Also can someone please let me know the cost of the wine tasting? I know there are at least 2 in our party that has wanted to do this on the ship and just haven't found the time.

Anything else I need caught up on?

You must be a lurker, because we just announced yesterday that Dreams Unlimited Travel is sponsoring the wine tasting so the only thing it will cost you is a bottle of wine per couple. Most are bringing regional wines, but you're welcome to bring a favorite too. If you are interested, let me know and how many of the 6 will be joining us.

Also, it seems you me that someone was trying to organize a trip to Universal before the cruise. Who was that and should I include it on the newsletter?

We're staying at the Holiday Inn. Yep that sounds fine with me. There is actually two of us with vehicles. If the three of us go over it will be cheap as borscht to go in a cab.

Gosh I am so excited for this trip now! We bought our airfare yesterday for 4 of us, got the rental car today

Grumbo-sounds great-what time will you be arriving at the port? We are coming from the Grand Californian, but my mom likes to get to the port early and sit and wiat all day-I am sure I will be there when you need me to be!

winotracy- Yea we are on that cruise also-cruise with that gang 2 other times-it is always a blast! Where is the wine tasting at?

Hey! We're on that cruise too. We booked when we were on the 10 day. We couldn't pass up the new port with 2 stops at Castaway Cay.
