See you guys have to enroll in the JGE REAS plan. A part of this is we have the Deck 7 Secret verandah reserved along with our own pool!!!
Yes thats right!! You and your family will not be bothered by the riff raff of Concierge. You will have Jazz and Grum waiting on you with everyone of your whims being answered!!!
Who needs Flounders when you have JGE's Bounders!!!
For the low low price of $19.99 per day (prices may increase once onboard) we will look after you and your yard apes (Sorry children).
Reserve early as The secret deck has maximum capacity of 500 people at a time.

While most folks are upset at DCL's seemingly uncaring atitude towards the amount of sea days, JGE has decided to become pro-active. They will try to meet ALL reasonable request. Please send e-mails and PM's OFTEN to both Grumbo and/or Jazzman with all your ideas. Remember no idea is too unreasonable!!

In keeping with our Ship of Fools Theme, all future JGE shipboard activities will be considered "Drunk and Naked" unless otherwise stated!!

Keep a look out for Grumbo leading us in JGE's 1st annual game of "Drunk and Naked" Limbo. (Photos to follow)

Or come on down to Sessions niteclub for Jazzmans "Drunk and Naked" Jazzfest. He's sure to get you on the floor!! The joint really starts jumping after Grumbo, Scratch42 and Mississaugamom do their "D & N" rendition of O' Canada.

JGE even has the first 4 front rows reserved for the opening show in the Walt Disney theatre reserved for us. Unfortunately this is not a "D & N" affair, but don't tell bmwdsny's parents. Imagine the look on everyones faces when they show up at the show "D & N".

Come on people , use your imagination and keep sending those ideas to the company founders. They have nothing else to do but answer your questions anyway...Mark

I think i WILL write to DCL myself, too and requst for another port. My fear is getting each other nerves on the ship after 3 sea days.

I do love the idea of reserving the deck 7 secret veranda. Any one needing to get naked but doesn't want to walk thru the entire ship can use our cabin on deck 7 to get undressed. There will only be a small charge...payable with either, cash, credit card or onboard credit. We accept any of those. No Canadian tire money please.

LOL at the picture in my mind of Melindas' parents arriving in the theatre expecting the D&N group to be in the front row.

Now we have two rooms where people can shed their clothes and inhibitions, grab a martini and head out to the secret deck. We will be taking cash (US dollars) and Stateroom credits. However, if you bring a pitcher of good martinis (cosmos, apple, dirty, etc) you can change for free....

Cute guys are also free...however, no guarantees you will make it out of the room!!!!

Well despite my statements to the contrary we booked our flight to L.A. this evening.
I made innumerable calls to Air Canada, Jets Go and WestJet (I'm sure that to the non-Canadians these airlines sound cute but not particularly recognizable) and what I've found is that.....
Tango/Air Canada's lower fare are very limited. For either the 14th or 15th of August they had ONE ticket on both flights. Plus you have to pay to reserve your seating.
Jets Go is appreciably more money.
West Jet was $229.98 Canadian ($178.00 U.S.) all taxes and surcharges included leaving at 9:45 and arriving at 11:58 am local times. They have 7 pricing levels and this is the lowest as there are hardly any people booked (Like Disney pricing) Highest rate is $440 plus taxes.
Oh yeah West Jet gives Air Miles.
This is great for us. I'll drive to Vegas arriving at a decent time, plus we're arriving on a Sunday so the traffic will be decent as opposed to arriving on a weekday.
The Paris, in Vegas have rooms advertised at $109 per night on the strip so will book those this week. We stayed there last time and great place.

OK so now more stuff to pay off the Credit card by the end of the billing.

This has been my experience with Frontier Airlines as well. I have been checking the airfares regularly and have not seen them appreciably lower, but I have seen them go much higher, so it seems prudent to book it when it is low. I booked airfare out to LAX on Saturday.

The management of JGE is concerned about potential breaches both of etiquette and hygiene in the vicinity of the JGE pool area. Please observe the following rules, and everyone should be happy:

1. Proper attire is an important part of proper behavior – please help us out by wearing attire chosen from BD’s attached list (see below). We recognize that this may cause some inconvenience to cruisers who do not already posses ‘JGE Approved’ swimwear, but by giving you the list early (and keeping it as short as possible) we are trying to help you out. Remember, if it isn’t on the list, don’t wear it.

2. Mark has agreed to act as attire inspector at the entrance to the pool area – as long as you cooperate with him the inspection line should be short.

3. Nakedness can lead to unhealthy conditions – therefore please wear flip-flops or water shoes on the pool deck.

4. Some people may feel uncomfortable with the dress code, so please, no cameras. There will however be JGE photographers available for group pictures and candids.

5. Drunkenness is also a concern. Please help us conform to this condition.

6. At full capacity there is the potential for crowding. We find that generous application of sunscreen can aid movement in extremely congested conditions.


Help us out and bare with us on this. Thanks for your support, and let’s have a great cruise.

Mickeyfan1, you're just in time with this one. Grumbo has added another game to our ever growing list. This one is called "Drunk and Naked" Taste Test. Contestants will be blindfolded and walk through a gauntlet where folks will put "items" into the mouth of the blindfolded victim (er, contestant) and they have to guess what it is. Think "surviver" meets "fear factor". We're collecting the bugs and other parts as we write this...Mark

I did a blind fold taste test in 8thgrade home ec class. It was a jalpeno pepper. I have never eaten anything that spicy since. It was some very mean girls in my class that did it.

All my tasting will be done eyes wide open, thank you very much! No bugs for me.
