Starlight Parade in November

We'll be there Nov 7-13, the week the MK Christmas Party begins. I don't see the Starlight Parade listed on even the non-party nights on the WDW site. Is that standard procedure (no parades other than party nights), or is there a chance those times may be added later?

On some blogs, I've read that the entertainment schedule hasn't yet been fully released so it may still be possible that it is going to run. Just need to watch the calendar to see if it is updated.
