if she needs to, she can just use the paddles on her CC..... I think my balance due might be higher than Mindy's, so it's my CC you need to be worried about. She paid the suite deposit, and we got the 1/2 off deposit deal by booking on board......

What's a CC? Sorry, it was time to pick up the kids....yes my 11,717 balance has been paid...but the good part is I now have 473 disney dollars....
Credit Card.. You do win, my balance is ONLY 11,335!!!!!
So even though you booked late, your's was substantially less than mine.

I have a quick question for everyone... How are you planning to bring all the cash that is required for the private tours we have booked? I have calculated that we'll need almost 900 EUR for the two tours I have booked. Plus need cash for things while there!!! I thought of getting travelers checks, but I didn't know if Mr. Caponera would take them. I then thought of just exchanging them onboard, but didn't know if DCL would have that kind of EUR stash for everyone. I then looked into exchanging them at a bank in either France or Spain, and MOST European banks charge a fee up to 1.5% to cash them!!!!! My other option is getting a traveler card, which you can use like a debit card, but then you are held to a daily withdrawal limit on that particular ATM. I didn't want to bring that much cash with me on the plane, as I was thinking of getting 2000EUR to have money for the tours, tips and pin money. We plan on using our CC(credit card for Mindy) for most everything else for connivence. I did hear that you can't use a CC for small items under 5EUR, so wanted cash for that and markets, etc that won't take it. Thoughts????????
Mindy, if no one has any good answers, can you call concierge and ask about cashing travelers checks onboard and if they'll be any kind of daily limit.....
cheer2:5 MONTHS FROM TODAY - WE SET SAIL!!!!!
He does take traveller's checks. I just looked back at the emails and it was stated by him cash or traveller's checks. I don't want to carry that much cash either.
I don't remember if I've posted this before, but American Express's website somewhere has a link to enter your zip code and search for local banks that will carry and exchange traveller's check. However, it recommended calling to ask the institution to see if they carried checks in Euros.
Hey Kim and Lori,
How many people did we end up with for each of the tours? I can't believe 5 more months...it's just coming so fast....actually not, but it seems that way.

Lori,
I've been going over excursions on the website and I don't see a scavenger hunt in Tunisia - Am I missing something?
So far, I've seen 2 pre-trip reports for med cruises, and have subscribed to both! I cannot wait to hear all the details!
