Another snow-day here in CT!!!!!!!!!

When are all the make-up days going to be scheduled?

August hours were released today!

Grabbed my updated Crowd Tracker at Touring Plans and I'm figuring out our park days and ADR plans....ready to give the info to my TA for 180 days out!

Did your kids have school today??

NO SCHOOL AGAIN TOMORROW!!

They are going to propose to our BOE that we take away two upcoming Teacher-In-Service Days on on Feb.22nd & the other on March 18th!! Then they may take April break away but we are going away no matter what like I know many other families in town are!!

Major ice-storm headed our way for tonight and tomorrow..BE SAFE EVERYONE!!

Oh my! I am so sorry for all my east coast friends who are getting hit with all the horrible weather over and over again!

We are suppose to be VERY cold again (-30° F with the windchill) for a couple of days, then get snow and then cold again. I am sure we are all counting the days to summer at this rate.

I am so happy that in 21 days I will be at WDW! Since we are driving from MN to FL, we are now starting to think about what the weather might be like and will be hoping that no horrible storms will be sweeping across the US as we drive across the country!

It is unfortunate how much school the kidlets are missing. Here in DFW Texas we are just on day 1, day 2 will be tomorrow (confirmed.) I wouldn't be surprised if we have a day 3 or possibly 4. Some of you though are throwing out crazy numbers as far as how many days have been snow days in your regions.

Anyone getting serious cabin fever?.

I loved today but then again it just hit here...I can't burn vacation days for long! Need them for cruising!!!

On the TV tonight they said tonight woud be the coldest its been in the area for 15 years! Wow.

Many thanks for the links to the August park hours - now the planning can really start Im soo pleased Epcot has an early morning opening on the 12th. we arrive on 11th and are usually up around 4am due to time difference - we'll be on Soarin at 8am that morning!

Snow day #8 for us; two days off April break. We're all going a little stir crazy. Kids are on each others nerves. Jim is working from home which doesn't help (have to keep the noise down when he's on the phone). I need a haircut so bad but don't know when to schedule one because we've been getting foul weather 2-3 times a week.


Kristen-you should be ok for Friday, next snow is on Saturday, but I'm sending some pixie dust your way.

I think it means you better check multiple times before you leave that you don't forget To pack your passports.

... snow issues !!! STAY SAFE !!!!!

I guess that now really the "icy" days have been way too many -
though maybe that ... KIDS love to have school closed !!!
and to play all day long !!!

Seriously though : TAKE CARE and STAY WARM !!!!

My students at my Geography lesson keep saying : Boy !! was I born in the wrong place !! I so wish I were living around NYC ... NO snow here ...
and YOU ( that's me , the teacher !) ARE EVEN GIVING US ... long written essays !!!!
