We booked Sea and See for Nassau day. The kids have never been on a glass bottom boat and that particular boat looks like the coolest glass bottom one I have ever seen. We decided not to do a beach day in Nassau since we will have 2 beach days at CC.

We have not yet booked anything for CC.

Also booked Palo brunch for hubby and myself for our day at sea!

I would like to introduce myself. I'm Linda and i'm traveling with my friend Scot. And my four adult children: Kim (my DD) and her DH Dan and two DDs Rose 8 and Lily6. Next up is my DD Karen and her DH Paul and their DD also Karen age 4.
Then we have my DS Jonathan and his DW Adrienne and their five kids. Kaleb 9, Sara 8, Alex 7, and the twins Logan and Cassidy 6. Last but not least is my DD Tracey and her DH Jonathan and their twins Katelyn and Natalie age 17 months when we cruise. Scot and I would like to join the FE group. I know my daughters Kim and Tracey have joined already. Everyone is so excited about our first cruise! We were all up at midnight on Saturday to make all the bookings!

Well, I woke up at 2 am central and got all the online stuff done. We have 11-11:30 boarding. Looks like all the cabanas are booked for both CC days. I didn't know they were so popular.

What excursions did you all book?

I was able to complete check-in and excursion booking on May 12th, and the cabanas were all booked at that point as well. And I booked at midnight!! So, they must get booked really fast from the avid Disney cruisers. I also have the 11:30 boarding. That is the earliest time, right? I am hoping we can get on the ship and try out the AquaDuck before the lines get long.

We booked a Swim with Dolphins Adventure on Blue Lagoon Island for Nassau. We also booked a Walk and Kayak trip for one of the mornings on CC.

We are getting so excited!!

FYI.....For those of you with kids who are planning on going to the Disney parks before or after the cruise, the Disney Educational Series provides a great way to get some really deep discounts on tickets. The program is geared towards kids ages 6-17, with classes held in different Disney parks. If just one child from your family signs up for one class, the whole (immediate) family can purchase the discounted tickets! (My kids are each signed up for 1 class.) This is a fantastic tip. I didn't know this deal existed. I only wish I had heard about it a few days earlier. I bought my tickets about 2 days before I read your post. I would have saved close to $400. The programs look terrific too! I hope your kids enjoy them.

We will be spending 5 days in the Disney parks (we are also going to LegoLand for one day for my son). Perhaps Megan and Deanna can meet up before the cruise.

Debbie - I wish I had known about the educational series on our previous trips as well. We could have saved a lot of money over the years. I found out by reading money saving tips for Disney on another board.

I bet Deanna would love to meet Megan before the cruise! We will be there before the cruise as well.

I was wondering if the people in our group would be interested in a recipe exchange. You know a local or family recipe that you would be willing to share. One copy per family. We did this at a Bible study/scrapbooking class and it was really fun to get new recipes. And with the cruise it could be from people all over! How much fun would that be?? Well, you guys let me know.
