Aug 17, IOA closing an hour early?

I just noticed that on Aug 17 IOA is closing an hour early. Is something happening at the park that day or is this not unusual for IOA? I'm concerned about crowds and was wondering if a special event that might attract more people would be happening.

Usually, if it is closing early it just means that a corporation or group has rented out the park for the evening. This happens occasionally and is not unusual. It won't increase the crowds as the people involved in the event don't come until after the park is closed.
