7pm on a Saturday night. Longest wait is Space at 70 minutes. Not bad...
I’m here too. I agree!Pathways were really congested from Food and Wine today but otherwise very light crowds for a Saturday at DCA.
We were there today and it was amazing. BTMRR had immediate FP return times, as did many rides. I think it’s a combination of the lull between ski week and spring break, coupled with the coronavirus. Several friends thought I was crazy for going today, but our pediatrician told me Disneyland isn’t worse than the grocery store, the gym, or a hospital, and we’ve been in all of those places the last 48 hours, so I figured WTH? We washed hands A LOT, and used sanitizer and wipes constantly. Now I’ll spend the next 14 days.

Good to know. Some of my friends think I should cancel our trip next week. I’m like .... no.
If you fly on a plane, be very very vigilant with hand washing. I went to Orlando in January and that’s when Coronavirus was just starting up, and we washed with soap and water, sanitized, wiped the trays at our seats, etc. we also took immune boosters before leavingGood to know. LolI should probably clarify by saying we are local.... I don’t think I’d get on an airplane right now. But that’s just me!
I do think a plane is worse mostly due to the recycled air in the cabin. But I also am continuing to go to Disney as usual (went to SeaWorld last week too!).
Lol
I figure if I’m going to Disneyland, a plane isn’t any worse.

I agree. Planes are always worse in general for anything. But it’s 5 hours of total safety if nobody on board is infected. ! Thinking positive ....
Saturday was my last day to cancel to get refunds.
Nobody on here seemed worried about it last week when I checked. Oh well. Might as well go have fun.

LOL my friend and I had to share a row with a random guy. We asked if it was ok if we wiped his tray down and if he wanted sanitizer. He laughed and gladly took some hahahah. That was a 5 hour flight that was completely full. We were NOT playing around!Oh a plane is worse. LOL. Trapped in an enclosed space with people coughing and sneezing, plus the recycled air. It’s definitely worse. Sit by the window and sanitize everything with disinfectant wipes..... I bet the plane is pretty light with passengers so you will probably be able to spread out, which is good. Enjoy your trip to see the Mouse!

It’s not airborne so the recycled air just carries the usual germs. And we are coming from Alaska which has zero cases. So don’t worry... we aren’t bringing it with us!
Direct ANC-LAX. both ways.Yes but the Anchorage Airport is basically the SeaTac North Terminal. Isn't there about 30 flights a day between Anchorage and SeaTac? Did you get one of the non-stop flights between LAX and Anchorage or are you flying through SeaTac?
I read an article years ago mentioning just how germy airplanes were. They don't really clean them, just pick the trash up in between flights and rebuckle the belts. I ALWAYS ended up sick after flying. It never failed. Then I read that article and began really paying attention to hand hygiene and wiping things down, and then I stopped getting so sick after traveling. For what it's worth, American and Southwest both say they use Hepa filters that change the air every 2 to 4 minutes. Southwest says they use hospital grade filters. At least they're actually cleaning the planes now???![]()
