ATT: DVCers that choose NOT to "Member Cruise"

I have to say I was tempted, but after just having been through two hurricanes - Frances and Jeanne - I think it is a bad time of the year to plan a cruise. Sept. is the height of hurricane season and we need to make sure our house is protected. I would consider it if it was at a different time of the year. I've been on both the 7 day and 4 day cruises and loved them both. The Disney ships have extra magic touches - the rotation dining, the adult pool, and the private island where the ship docks (as opposed to tendering) that make the cruises really special.

We also have no plans to ever go on a member cruise. Price is the concern. I think member cruises should be priced lower than a non-member cruise not more.

Vote for Bush if: *You are willing to give up birth control
* Prepared to have your child forced to pray in school (Catholics, Jews, Muslims, atheists, and agnostics take note 'cause it won't be your religion that your children will be forced to pray)
* Women- to lose control of your bodies
* High heating oil and gas prices
* More tax cuts for the wealthiest 10%
* Are comfortable voting for a man with a low IQ because you feel like he's a regular guy (regular except he's a millionaire) beside who wants regular I want someone informed and smart enough to make decisions for the country
* If you are okay with a former cocaine user running your country
* Works very hard to convince the public that 9/11 is somehow related to Iraq to justify his personal war.

We went on our only DCL cruise a couple of years ago on points, where, while it was not a "Member Cruise," they were offering significant points discounts to members for that particular cruise, and had a number of member events. We would consider doing something like this again, if it were ever offered.
