I can't believe I'm actually getting in to a MickeyNicki report before it actually "starts"! I'm semi-fairly new to the Dining Board and you are FAMOUS around here, girl! I can't wait to hear all about your trip and see all the sure-to-be fabulous food porn!

And, yes, Il Mulino on Restaurant.com is a great deal! We used a GC there a few weeks ago (cost us $3 for a $25 GC!) and it worked just fine. Yum!

You two are so FUNNY!!!!! Dining plans are meant to be changed correct!!!!!!!! Our last trip was just DH and myself and it was much easier. Now add three sons (22, 21, and 12 and the mlb winter meetings to work around) to the mix and everything changes. I didn't book any breakfast meals, shame shame according to the DH, and he wants to do Tusker House now. I'm trying w/o any luck (perhaps your DH can help). I'm going to enjoy reading your reviews and stop thinking about my adrs that need worked on.

I dont mind dining changes BUT they have been set in stone since my 180 day mark for original Oct trip and he didnt say a word until 2 days before we leave??? Whats up with that?? I can only imagine what he is going to put me through once we get there

Look forward to reading your new report. Based on your 2009 reports/reviews, we dined for the first time at Citricos and Flying Fish in May, and last week we tried Bluezoo and Il Mulino. All four have moved into our "Top Five", with Bluezoo on top(chef's tasting with wine pairing was excellent!). Thanks again for the reviews. Hope you and Todd have a wonderful time!!

Your husband sounds a lot like mine. Doesn't remember the names of places, only half-listens when I prattle on about our Disney plans, completely ignores my color coded Excel spreadsheet. He only remembers Jiko because of the warm towels they bring to the table.

Good morning my friends! Today is the day, it is "D" day, DISNEY DAY!!! Yippee! Up again at 5am, I am really getting annoyed with this early to rise junk.

Todd was up early too, he was an angel this morning, didnt mention dining to me at all, shocking I know. I was waiting for it while he was getting dressed, eating breakfast, taking out the trash and putting some stuff in the car but nothing, nada, zilch. I thought I was in the clear. I thought I was getting off easy. I thought wrong.

DH: So, you are picking me up at 4 right?

ME: YES YES YES! I will be there at 3 but I will just hang out in the car

DH: So and so (someone he works with) is going to be at Epcot this weekend for the F&W, we are going the entire weekend too right?

ME: Yes we will do breakfast at the resort around 8am and lunch at F&W until 3pm and then back to the resort to rest and you can nap and then get ready for dinner and tomorrow...

This is where he butt in on me, I was going to tell him about Sunday but oh well.

DH: Why a nap that late? What time is dinner? Where are we going again (uh dude, you KNOW this already as we have been over it a million times in the last 48 hours)

ME: Remember I told you? Narccoosee's at the GF? We have never eaten there before and I have a 7:45 ressie

DH: WHAT?! Why so late? We never eat that late (when did he turn into an old man?) Can't you get in any earlier?

ME: That is not late and I have been trying to get earlier forever and there is nothing available

By now I am pulling up to his work and he gets out, hangs on the door for a minute and I can see the wheels in his head turning....I wait for it, wait for it and THEN he has the gall to say to me

DH: Well you have nothing to do today so keep trying and if you can't get it earlier we will just show up early and they will seat us then

ME: (Because it is funny him thinking I have nothing to do today, it is funny that he thinks I can get us in early and it is just sad that if we do show up early we will probably get seated) You just worry about getting in this car at 4pm or you can find your own ride to Mickeyville, have a good day, love you! (insert sarcasm here)
