At long last, Nicki & Todd are going back to WDW, LIVE!

As we are enjoying our relaxing meal and reminiscing our wedding I kinda directed the convo to our last 4 days at WDW.

ME: So, what are the plans tomorrow. I mean besides Cali Grill and MVMCP

DH: Isnt that enough? Are you trying to run me to death

ME: Dont be silly, if I wanted to do that I have other ways

DH: Well lets start with breakfast

ME: Danish and coffee (thanks Pam & Jeff)

DH: When are we going to Cape May?

ME: Fri night

DH: No no, I mean breakfast

ME: We are not....remember I told you a million times they are booked and you are the one that said not to book any breakfasts

DH: Well I want Cape May

ME: Its nice to want (I can tell by his face he is not amused)

On the way out I think he forgot about Cape May (which is really his favorite) but oh no...he makes his way to the conceirge desk. I really wish he had no clue what the conceirge is but sadly he does

DH to Michele the CM: Hi Michele (he thinks if he uses their names he gets what he wants). It is our anniversary and we would like to go to Cape May tomorrow, just the 2 of us and any time you have is fine

ME to Michele: Michele, please tell my delusional husband that there isnt any availability

Michele types away on her computer and says to us (now mind you I have my arms folded over my chest with what my husband calls a "Nicki Know It All" ) grin on my face

Sorry ma'am, I cannot do that because I have a 9am time available. Should I book it for you?

While Todd is saying, yes please and wearing his own Nicki Know It All smirk I want to crawl out of the GF and get in my car and leave his butt there!

So guess what? Captain Cape May gets his way AGAIN (what is that now, 4 times??) and I have to eat crow pie

The worst part is we were walking away from the conceirge desk and he turns to say to me

"And thats how its done"

And I had to pick my jaw up off the ground

So HIS plan is to go to Cape May breakfast, go to the pool and head to MK around 3. I want to tour the 3 monorail resorts. We have Cali Grill at 5:30 and MVMCP all night, I am making him stay until midnight as a punishment for getting all these ressies.

As he drops off to sleep he kisses me and says, "Did you get us in to that dessert party?"

Hilarious aint he?

Hi, Nicki...glad you got the restful, relaxing day you wanted. Your lunch look at Cooke's looked great. I really loved Basin, too, but I also have a tough time parting with my money for things like that. Lucky for you, Todd felt differently! Seems like a spice shop would be a great idea; I'd be likely to think I'd go home and do all sorts of cooking and buy a bunch of stuff I'll hardly use. Hope you had a great night tonight. Can't wait to hear all about it.

It was just an incredible day! I do not like to splurge like that either..I am fine with Suave shower gel LOL Sometimes it is nice to be pampered. The spice store is great but I didnt get into all the salts and spices because I dont think I would use it...the tea and sugar I will though

I hope it was as nice as hte picture.

Tell Todd that if I don't see a picture of the two of you before this trip is over that I will NOT spend any time with him at Disney or in Naples next April or October!!!!

Also had a question about Main Street Confectionary, do they still sell the Mickey fudge tins? DH decided all of a sudden he would like to buy fudge and wants one of the tins to hold it all in.

That was a very touching story. Just imagine how much you actually touched their vacation! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

They were just so thankful for such a little thing, no one else would help him and there were people everywhere!

Your story at Epcot last night brought tears to my eyes. I agree with you. The DIS is a wonderful place and has brought us many, many friends and very caring and warm and loving friends.

Your dinner sounds heavenly. You might finally be able to talk Romeo into a Signature restaurant after he sees this review. And Todd's dessert has me drooling all over the keyboard.

If there is a big announcement on the DIS tomorrow that DISer has a heart attack, it's just me...don't worry about it. I have never laughed so hard, run to the bathroom, laughed and cried and laughed and cried again, as I did just reading your last post. I had to read it three times to get it all out to Mark. He too is over what Todd was able to pull tonight. My stomach is now killing me from laughing so hard.

Thank God there is only ONE Todd in this world.

I am a quick with the lip kind of girl (but in a nice way ) and sadly, Todd has picked up on that...after 20 years together (married 14) we are too much alike

So, as luck would have it, back in October I changed our 12/15 adr at Via Napoli to La Hacienda(going for two nights for Pam's birthday). Tried to change it back last night, but no availability. Can Todd take care of that for us? Have fun!!

I sounds like a wonderful anniversary - start to finish (with the exception of the stop at the concierge desk after dinner ) Hope you enjoy your relaxing day today - and your dinner and party tonight. No worries about getting pics of the hot waiters at Via Napoli. I managed to grab a dinner reservation there for our last night at 7:45. We're planning to see the Osborne Lights go on and want to catch Illuminations later so this time seems to be perfect. I'm not telling DD though - one final surprise for her birthday trip.
