At Disney NOW! Just a brief intro

Hi everyone. We're enjoying our Disney vacation now. Its great to be back. I only have dial-up access so I'll wait until I get home to post full reports but here's a couple of highlites from our first 2 days.

We arrived yesterday afternoon. Stopped at Belz and picked up a couple of things at Character Warehouse. Then had lunch at Sweet Tomatoes. Thanks to all who recommended that place. It was fantastic! If you haven't been, definitely put it on your list for next time.

Went to MK today because it looked like it would rain throughout the day. Ended up being sunny but we didn't want to be at EPCOT in the rain. Park was crowded but either very short waits or used FastPass. Longest wait was less than 15 minutes.

Did and Illuminations Cruise tonite. What fun. We were joined by 4 other DIS members. It was great to meet them and make some new friends from Minnesota and Scotland.

Again, I'll post full reports next week. I'm typing them up while here but it will be much easier to post from home.

thanks for taking the time to post in the midst of "Jersey Week"! I was just checking for crowd reports, as we will be arriving this weekend. Sounds like you're having a great time.

Muffy - Sweet Tomatoes is on I-Drive near Belz. If you are heading toward Belz, it is on your left on the corner.

Cinders - I'll post a full review next week. But there is definitely something for everyone. Salads, soups, fresh breads, pastas, desserts and more. And a great value at $6.99 for adults and $4.99 for kids.

P.S. Did EPCOT today. Rode Mission:SPACE. Very disappointed. Does not live up to the hype at all. Again, full reviews to follow.
