Have changed resorts 3 times now. I think we are staying at ASmu family suite. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms are going to be great. Anyone who has stayed in these, tell me where to request a room. I do not do stairs very well. It will be me DH, DD, DSIL, and 2 kids with us ,infant and 2 1/2 year old. Two strollers. So would like bus, pool and playground not to far away. Also food court formug refills. Thanks in advance. Also tell me I will like it here.

We stayed their last March. You will love the room(s) and the two bathrooms. We have a pre-teen and that extra bathroom helped a lot! We parents liked the QUEEN bed too! We thought the resort was a bit crowded due to dance teams and cheerleading teams, but they didn't bother us. The family suites are closer to the main building/pool anyway, so you won't have to request that part. We were in JAZZ and it was nice. You will want to request the ground level if you don't do stairs well, OR just get used to using the elevator. Each building had one and we used it a lot with bringing up luggage and after a long day of walking. Keep in mind if you decide to swim that EVERYONE has to walk by the pools on the way to their rooms from the main building. That was the one thing I didn't like. The pool area was the main pathway. Otherwise, LOVED the room!!

we stayed there 2 summers ago. i believe we were in the calypso bldg in the back part. so it was pretty quiet. its to the right of the pool . it was really nice. everything was clean, its nice to have the sep b.room. i usually like to watch tv for a little at night, so its nice to have the 2 tvs. we did not have little ones with us. but we thought the suite was great, you will really enjoy all the room. we are hoping to take our 1 1/2 year old grandson next year......hope you all have a great time.

Each building has a set of two elevators.
The All Stars only have 3 floors (Pop has 4 floors) and I have NEVER waited very long for an elevator. A minute or two it is there.

There is a green belt area between the rooms and the sidewalk and another fuller greenbelt area beween the ouside part of the sidewalk and the pool.

DH and I stayed in a Family Suite at All Star Music ( a value resort) in Sept. of 2006.

We really enjoyed the Queen size bed, the kitchenette with the microwave, having a sofa and cushioned chair to sit on and relax after a day at the parks before retiring for the evening.

I thought the pullouts very comfortable.

They are designed so the back cushion and seat cushion of the pullout support the pullout. There is no metal bar to hurt the sleepers back.
