ASmo to Kennedy Space Center

We'll be at the ASmo resort this summer and will be visiting the Kennedy Space Center for one day. We won't have a rental car and wanted some opinions as to what the best way would be to get there and back. Do tour buses stop at the Disney resorts for this attraction? Also, any idea what the cost will be for four people to get there and back? Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
