Askershus or castle breakfast?

We have done Cinderella castle before, but we are trying to decide whether to repeat or try Askershus. Opinions?

We've done both and prefer Akershus. We tried CRT twice and Akershus four times. We really prefer Akershus and no longer go to CRT. For one, it's cheaper or it uses one less dining credit if you're using the dining plan. We enjoy the food at Akershus much better too. We like dinner at Akershus, so I can't compare the breakfast food. We love dinner here!! We weren't that impressed with the breakfast at CRT. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything memorable. We think the character interaction is the same at both. For some reason, my daughters prefer Akershus. Works for me, because we enjoy the food better there and it's cheaper.

I say if you've tried CRT, then try Akershus. I'm all for trying new places. I like to keep some of my favorites, but it's also fun to try new places. You may find you like Akershus as well or even better.

While we love both princess meals, we think eating in the castle is the most magical! I think Akershus is an awesome addition to CRT, but I'm not sure if I'd consider it a replacement. We've eaten at CRT three times and Akershus twice. This past visit we were super surprised at how delicious our meals were at CRT too! You really can't go wrong because we think both are great. But I just know myself and I think I'd be sad to be at Disney and not go up into the castle.

IF you've already eaten at CRT, go to Akershus. We actually prefer Akershus to CRT (even though I would recommend eating at the castle at least once -- it is beyond magical). DD loves the princess parade at Akershus and we all enjoy the food. I also feel the interactions with the princesses at CRT can seem a bit rushed but there is more time at Akershus.

I went to them both this week and they are equally fantastic. They Princesses all make it to your table and spend a moment with your group. I would highly recommend both. The only real difference is location.
