Ask Me Anything Game: Ask Boss Hogg Anything

Hi Matt,

Have you ever been on a cruise, Disney or any other?
Where, apart from Florida, is the nicest place you've ever visited?
Whats your fave meal?
Do you like Dukes of Hazzard?
Is that where you got your name from?
Which Disney caracter would you say you were most like?
Which caracter would you like to be?
Whats your fave...
Wine?
Beer?
Coffee/Tea?
Yes have been on two. A 4 night Caribbean Disney Cruise in 2004 and a 7 night Norwegian Cruise around the Caribbean;
Probably Washington DC. Really liked the place and all the stuff to see there;
Steak I think would be my fave, with chips if I need 2 things to make a meal, or simply another piece of steak!:confused3
Yes, love Dukes of Hazzard - HILARIOUS:rotfl2:
Sort of yes, but not due to my liking of the show. Decided on the name, as the first time I ever posted, I had been lurking a little (Deb had already registered), I posted a spoof thread about recreating WDW somewhere in the south of the US:cool1: It was funny, but you had to be there;)
Disney character most like - Dumbo;
Most like to be like, Mickey;
Fave wine is Rioja;
Fave beer is trickier as I like them all. But, let's plump for Corona;
Fave is coffee, and fave sort of coffee - Espresso.

If you could be someone famous, who would it be, and why?

What's your favourite t.v. programme?

Can you cook?

Do you prefer smart or casual clothes?

Hugh Heffner, as for why - I admire his dress-sense:lmao:

Probably West Wing, albeit it has finished now.

Not really no. Beans on toast, soup, sandwiches and BBQ and that is about it.

Don't mind either, but would say casual. I live in shorts and t-shirts.

Did you know my nickname in school was J.D? short for J.D. Hogg

Do you snore?

What do you have for breakfast?

What's your all time favourite film?

(I'll be back later when I think of more !!)

Not fed up yet Matt?
Here are a few more...

Packing, who does it, you or Deb?
What do you like to do on your days off work?
Is your job 9 to 5?
Who's the decision maker? You or Deb or both?
Are you good at DIY?
Who picked the colour scheme in your home?
What's the deciding factor on when you go on holiday?

how are you at buying presents? do you instinctively always pick just the right gift or does Deb have to give you very implicit instructions on what she wants?

what's the best present you have ever bought Deb?
what's the worst present you have ever bought her?
what's the best present you have ever been given?
what's the worst present you have ever been given?
How often do you buy Deb flowers (if ever;) ) and do you buy her flowers just for the sake of it or only when you've done something bad?

Hi Matt,

So your the unlucky one this week :rotfl2:

Sorry if these have been asked, but it has taken me ages to only get to page 5, so I thought I would take my chances and I also apologise if they are crap most of them have already been asked by Carol and Jules. ;)

If so how old are they?

Who would win Jack Bauer or James Bond?

Have you had any bad holiday experiences? If So what was it?

Which one is your fav park WDW, US or IOA?

Do you like marmite?

Do you have any tattoos?

Whats your pet hate?

Who do you want to see next being asked all the questions?

what about road tolls/congestion charges?

taxes on less 'green' cars shouold be put up - true or false?

eurovision crap or compulsary viewing?

do you think anyone who asks a question on this thread should HAVE to get a turn in the hotseat too?

people who buy up second homes and force locals out of villages - should they be doubly taxed?

Should fur wearing be illegal?

Apparently yes a lot, not one of most attractive traits I am, reliably told:confused3

Not quite, but nearly:rotfl:
I do it mainly, I'm a bit of a control freak about it, so Deb keeps clear;
Play golf, sit in the garden, eat, drink be merry:thumbsup2
No, I'm self employed so have no set hours;
Both of us, we probably have more sway on different topics;
Not really, I'm not too bad, but I am a bit clunsy and not got a lot of tolerance when doing such things;
Colour schemes? Always a female thing surely!
Good weather, not too busy, when were told to by the Stringers! Blahschool holidays-blah:rotfl2:

A bit of both. Sometimes I just get her stuff on the hoof, but not very often. If it is for birthday's etc then I have a good idea what she wants. That having been said we haven't bought each other anything for xmas or a birthday for a few years now.

When we were first seeing each other I bought her a replacement licence plate for her car, as hers was cracked;

Guess that could also count as the worst one, depending on who you are. Also, I bought her some perfume once which had a nice bottle, but she didn't like the smell much:confused3

A few years ago, Deb bought me a load of Motley Crue bit and pieces. Some badges, a couple of "toy" cars. Really unusual and a real surprise;

I got £20 and some beer from my gran years ago, and whilst the £20 was good, the beer was Carling, which I cannot abide.

At a guess, not quite once a month. As for why, both options apply:confused:

Hi Michelle, yes it is me, it's Cathy, I've come home now:rotfl2: reminds me of a song.

A few duplications, but never mind.

Yes two stepdaughters - 19 and 22;
James Bond, Jack Bauer's got nothing on him. And Bond gets better chicks:thumbsup2
Deb and I once spent a week in a caravan, in fact it was basically our honeymoon. It was so bad we came home a couple of days early.:scared1:
WDW, as it is much larger and within WDW, EPCOT;
Yes love Marmite. Like a lot of it as well;
Tattoos - oooooh no. Far to much of a sissy:rotfl2:
Pet hate, people not thanking you if you let them go through a door before you, or you let them out in a car.
Next, I reckon Deb to see how many of her answers tally with mine:confused3

Do you like Scottish music (and be careful how you answer this one) ?

Are you going to the British Open at Carnoustie this year?

What golf balls do you use?

Ah wondered when someone would get onto this sort of topic. This is where I upset everyone!

In favour of the death penalty as a concept. My concern would be with any wrongful convictions, but for certain crimes - murder, rape for example I think that there should be the threat and deterent of a death penalty;

In favour of road tolls as I think everyone has the choice to use the few we have in this countrty. Any toll roads should be as an alternative as opposed to the only option.
Congestion charges I disagree with. Our public transport system is rubbish leaving some people no option, so therefore it is unfair to "tax" them again.

False, it is the nanny state over-policing and penalising a certain part of soceity.

I thiknk probably compulsive viewing, but, I can't remember if we watched it last year or not!

Yeah why not, live by the sword...

No not at all! Just because someone can afford two homes, why should they be doubly penalised? As long as they are paying the normal taxes etc that is enough for me.

No definitely not. We kill animals to eat, why not to wear?

Bagpipes, Bay City Rollers and Wet, wet, wet? Not a huge fan I've got to say. Rod Stewart? Again not the hugest of fans.

No, sadly not.

Callaway Warbirds. Or Maxfli Noodle Ice.

would you take a cut in salary to achieve job satisfaction, is job satisfaction more important to you ? (I am asking you this in order to help me make a decision)

Maybe I should ask you then? I would say "yes" as long as it still allows you to achieve what you like with money.

When is your Mum's birthday?

Why is the best present you ever received not the rare, signed Motley Crue "Too Fast For Love" album on Electra Records which I spent months tracking down, purchased at great expense, had shipped from the US, and framed at further great expense? Some badges and toy cars? C'uh!

When will you next be buying me flowers? Or jewellery?
