Wear them.....and if DH sees you he will give you Mickey earrings He usually gives away 50 or 60 pairs a trip. It only takes the pin, but the ears make it easier to spot you.
We will be there Oct 4-18.

FWIW I've never thought of anybody I've seen wearing mouse ears as "advertising"... We are all there to have a great time. If someone is that concerned about other people they really need to look inward.

Don't listen to her, I was talking to an old gentleman in the bakery a couple of years ago, he didn't have the ears, but, he and his wife wore Honeymooners pins, he told me he was 77 and had just remarried and they came to Disney for their Honeymoon as they were big kids at heart, how wonderful was that.

We were married in a very small ceremony at Disney in 2012. No parents or relatives, just a couple of friends. After the ceremony we wore our ears for the next week. It was so lovely to have random people congratulate or just smile. made up for the small wedding x

Its personally not my or DH's style, but when I pass people wearing the different styles of ears, I think its rather cute. Have fun and don't let others rain on your parade.

Ditto. DH and I weren't interested on wearing them on our honeymoon. We did wear the Just Married pins and got a couple of things as nice surprises--some glasses of champagne and a special certificate at the america pavilion. When i see those wearing the ears the thought that they are wearing them to get freebies would never cross my mind. Wear them and have fun!!!

If you want to wear them, go for it! I see people all of the time in the parks with those ears on and I never thought that they did it for free stuff. We wore our buttons for a couple of days but DH didn't like the attention from CMs with their congratulations when we had gotten married days earlier, so we stopped. I didn't wear my ears around the parks that trip, but I have worn Santa ears as an adult. That is what Disney is all about! Being a kid at heart. Don't let your friend get to you.

I went to WDW on my honeymoon and I probably would have worn them if my ex-stick-in-the-mud would have worn them. It's cute. Ignore the haters.
