As DVC member can I visit/tour BLT?

We're going in a few weeks (!!!) - our first WDW trip as DVC'ers. Can I just stop by to check out BLT or do I need to make a reservation to speak to someone about DVC there or ...?????

There is a 2-bedroom villa that is open to members to view from 2 to 4pm daily.

Even before I became a DVC member I would often tour the hotels and ask the front desk to see a room. The hotel always let me after I explained that I was staying at another resort and would consider staying here the next trip. I saw the MK view from the contempoary hotel a few years ago before BLT was built. I saw the same at the GF. The front desk told me that as long as they are not busy they would show the rooms. They would escort my family to the room and show us around and even give pointers about staying at the resort.
