Hello.
I will be going to WDW in November..first trip in about 10 years. Thing is, I have developed some arthritis in my knees and hip since my last visit. Walking long distances can be a chore some days. I really do not want to use a WC or a ECV as I will be traveling as an assistant to a lady who uses a wheelchair. Any tips on how to build up my endurance? I have been walking almost daily. Plus have been continually losing weight.

Any other suggestions??:yay: :wishgoal :smickey:

marie -- are you walking at all now?? do you have osteoarthritis? or RA?

my first inclination is to get yourself a good pair of 'running' shoes, supportive and comfortable and start walking! you have LOTS of time to build up the strength in your legs and endurance. start with what is comfortable now and gradually add 5-10 mins (maybe per week or as you feel ready)

let me ponder this, i'll be back
