What Hotel can anyone suggest to stay at while our daughter checks in? We will have to arrive a day early and leave the following day most likely. I was wanting something as close to where they check in as possible.

There is a Holiday Inn Sunspree nearly right across the street from Vista Way, where all program check-ins are held. Nightly rates are pretty good too, between $65-$80.

I heard that if you call to book that Holiday Inn and tell them you're there to check in with the College Program, they will give you a cast member discount.

Otherwise, I'd recommend staying at a value on WDW property. That's where my mom and I are staying for my Jan 18 check in. There's a general public offer for up to 25% off a value room, making them as cheap as $67/night. I'd especially recommend that if you're flying because of the Magical Express.
