arrest warrant issued for Michael Jackson

Sadly, nothing this guy does surprises me. You'd think he would have learned his leasson after the last case.

You'd think that mothers would have wised up and NOT let their children around him... :(

RUDisney, I was thinking the same thing yesterday....Why do parents keep letting their kids go around him?

IMHO the parents should also be arrested for child endangerment. What parent in her/his right mind would let their child within 100 feet of this wacko, let alone spend unsupervised time with him? I hope they take his children out of that nuthouse too, after that stunt in Germany with the baby, I think there is little doubt he is an unfit parent. Geesh.

I think the childs parents saw $$$$$$$$$$$$ and thus let their child go there, and they in turn could bring up charges to get money like the child 10 years ago.........

I think Micheal Jackson does have problems, but I also think there are way too many money hungry people now-a-days and will do almost anything to make a buck or two. It really is a shame that M.J. has fallen off the deep end (so to speak) because he has so much talent.

He is NOT Normal, and this latest case does NOT surprise me in the least....however, I agree about letting Kids anywhere NEAR him! I would not let my Dogs near him......:o

I was just saying to my boys this morning that since he's had his face done he's become really weird & actually even looks more feminine that masculine.

I hope they actually throw him in jail this time. He definitely has some problems, but if they don't prosecute him and get him in jail, he'll just keep on doing it. He'll think he's untouchable (actually, he probably already thinks he's untouchable).

And who here agrees with him that it's OK for a grown man to sleep in a bed with a 12 year old boy he is not related too? I mean, he actually said that there is nothing wrong with it, and that there is nothing more loving than sleeping with someone. I mean, hello. What's up with that? When my nephew was younger, I used to sleep in his bed with him if I slept at his house because he has a double bed, but once he hit about 10, I didn't feel that it was appropriate anymore, so I started sleeping on the couch.

I also hope that they take his kids away from them before they get too messed up. Those poor things.

I have to say I agree with Kimber on this, I think the parents saw money and sprang for it.

And while MJ may not appear normal who are we to presume he is a child molester? If there is evidence, great, arrest him, but I just think he is an easy target, and could easily be the victim in this case. I for one hope the allegations are false. I would feel very sad if they are proven.

He is a freak. I used to think he was a great performer back in the day (80's), but now he's just creepy. How any parent can allow their children even close to him is beyond me. Money is nothing when it comes to the safety of our children.

Whether or not he IS a child molester, I would NEVER let my children spend 2 minutes with him. How can a parent justify allowing anyone accused of such a horrid crime access to their own child?
There is a woman on the Baltimore news who has spent the night at Neverland Ranch with her 9 yr old son. She claims she would allow him to go back and stay there without him.

My 8 yr old asked what Michael Jackson did. His class is currently doing the "personal body safety" unit at school. He was throughly grossed out that someone might be touching children in their bathing suit area. He & his brother said they would never want to stay at the Neverland Ranch - even with the cool rollercoaster.

How quick we are to presume his guilt, last time I checked this was still America. I will assume he is innocent unless a guilt verdict is rendered in a criminal trial.

I don't know any of the evidence, but I can definetly see a rush to judgement b/c the authorities have obviously been after the man for a very long time. I think it's wrong to sleep in the bed with a 12 year, but in the same sense I don't think the man has a sexual bone in his body.

But if a jury finds him guilty, I hope he goes to jail for a long time.

The man is a walking freak show, no way around it. As for guil or innocence, his past does not bode well for him. The first time this happened he paid the boy off. And paying the boy off meant that investigation stopped dead in its tracks. If he was innocent then, he should have fought it like he says he will now.

But even if he is innocent, i still wouldn't let any child withing 500 ft of him. And his rollercoaster does not look that cool.

I wonder how the parents of the previous child, who took an alleged 20 million dollar settlement rather than prosecute, feel now....allowing it to continue....

I'm a firm believer of a person being innocent until proven guilty.

These stories are always so sad. When a family put their children in jeopardy for $$$$ I become sicker.

Yes Michael Jackson is a freak, a freak that the world continues to support in the music industry. Every time you purchase a record, see a show, purchase an iten that he endorses you are supporting this freak.

If the facts prove him guilty this time, lets put him away where he and people like him belong. Sadly though there will probably always be people who only care about what they can get and will put their children in harms way for the getting.

Two sets of users here the parents and Michael Jackson if proven guilty.

Truer words were never spoken.

I heard something on talk radio this morning... and the kids were talking at the same time, so I only heard snippets...

Is it true that CA changed the law that said that a child had to be willing to testify and now the DA has the right to call a child to testify whether or not they want to. They said something about this is why the investigation stopped the first time and even if they were to settle out of court, with enough evidence, the child could still be called by the DA and a trial could still commence?

That's what I thought that I heard.

I think the other inmates in prison would have a reeaaalllyy good time with MJ;)

Be very careful of such quick assumption of guilt. It devestates lives.

Unless you know the facts, it's a dangerous thing to assume guilt based solely on perception. We have a justice system for a reason and, thank GOD, we are given our say in court. If you have never been wrongfully accused, you may not know what it's like to defend yourself, but when I hear people calling him a child molester JUST because he looks and acts like a 'freak', it scares the heck out of me to think they might be on a jury some day.

I'm no fan of Michael Jackson, but the man DOES deserve the same right to justice as you and I. Pretend it's you, your husband, or your son that's been accused........then decide if it's right to assume guilt without the facts.
