I am trying to keep an open mind about the whole MB/FP+ thing, but I keep running into obstacles that just increase the negative thoughts I'm trying to keep at bay
Okay, here's the situation. I apologize in advance for being long-winded, but I am so very confused...
I'm running Space Coast over Thanksgiving weekend and since my mom is coming with me to watch, we decided to do a few days before at Disney and then do MVMCP after the race. Although we are not really planning on doing much of anything except soak up the atmosphere, I do want to take advantage of FP+ to get in a few rides. Here is our schedule:
We will arrive at Pop Century on Thanksgiving Day. We are planning to hit DTD for dinner and just hang out. On Friday, we will hit the parks -- at least MK in the morning and Epcot in the evening for the Candlelight Processional. We'll check out Saturday and head to Cocoa Beach. On Sunday afternoon, we will check into AoA and go to MVMCP that night, checking out on Monday.
Now, the problems:
1. I have the Premiere Passport and have been unable to link it to DME even though it does show up under "Affiliations" in "My Profile". The tech support folks told me previously that they are unable to fix it; although, I have heard that others have had luck getting it linked lately so need to call again.
2. I purchased a 1-day PH for my mom. I was able to add it with the confirmation # and it shows under my tickets assigned to her, but when I try to do FP+ selections, it will not let me select her -- says "not eligible for MyMagic+". This makes no sense as I was able to make FP+ selections for both of us after I added our MVMCP party tickets for the night of the party (I had not yet added the 1-day PH).
3. Now that Pop is MB only, will we still be able to use the actual tickets to pull FP-? Or are we pretty much hosed when it comes to FP's if I can't get this mess straightened out in the next 2 weeks?
