My poor Cupcake has terribly dry, irritated skin this time of year, every year. I put some Hot Spot spray on it and give her rubs which seems to help, since she will scratch herself raw if we do nothing 
Tonight while putting on her spray I FOUND A FLEA
There has been NO sign of any fleas up until now, and no flea bites that I can see, so I'm assuming this is just the beginning.
I've heard a LOT of horror stories lately about flea remedies including Frontline, and I was wondering if anyone can suggest their favorite (and most effective) way to rid your dog of fleas? Oh, and she HATES baths, too; we can and do do it, but it's a challenge at her 80 lbs!
