Are you my DISigner?

I need help! I am organizing a Disneyland trip for a group of 6 first timers (we've never been to WDW either!! We're BRAND new), including myself and I would REALLY like to make it magical for everyone involved. If possible I'd like to send them a disney character invitation letter, and a shirt to match, as if the person who wrote the letter was sending the shirt just for them.

Here's the dilema -

1. Any shirts designs that I find that I MIGHT like are cute because they say something like "We're taking over the world!" It's just not as catchy when a shirt reads "We're taking over the...LAND?"
2. Considering we're a mix of boys and girls, big and small, old and young I would like the shirts to mention that we're there for the first time and have a date, but not include any names. I'd also like for the disney characters to be the gender friendly "Mickey Mouse Gang".

Can someone point me in the direction of where I can find something to this effect? Or perhaps know someone who wouldn't mind taking time out of their busy day to talk with me and customize a shirt and letter design combo?
