From my observation (for whatever that is worth), that is not always the case as far as warnings are concerned. I did like it, when in the past (years back), it was a three strikes (warnings) and you are out (banned), three outs (bannings) and your IP is banned, sianora. Over the years, I have seen some folks booted with no warning, some with warnings that go on and on, and others who have been booted countless times and are still around, like a bad case of athlete's foot. Sometimes, some boards, I have seen that bypassing the filtered words gets corrected quickly, on others it sometimes takes a long time. As for a temporary ban, that's a new one, never heard of that; is that on the Trip report board only?

As to the OP, I know I have had a bullseye on my back for years here, but no, not worried.

.....They warn you first by PM, more than one time in most cases. They will ock threads if they are OT or out of hand (no such thing as OT here on the CB). They will edit or delete naughty words with no warning if they seem like a slip up. If you use a potty mouth a lot they might ban you for it...............Oh yeah, I forgot about that choice, mods may put you in time out, a temporary ban, they let you know that by PM too........
