Are there really any FP cancellations? Help!

Do people really cancel their Fastpasses? Is it worth me to keep checking for ones I can't book? Also, should I break our party up to get FP? For example, is it easier to get a FP for 3 of us than 7?

Smaller parties are more easily booked than larger groups. Try for overlapping time and book your parties at similar times. Use them when both times are active. Yes, cancellations happen at any time. Keep checking as people tweak plans.

Yes, they really cancel. Your biggest difficulty is having a large party (the odds are against 7 cancellations at once), so it will help if you break your party up and look for overlapping times.

I will definitely do that. I can try booking for the 3 of us (one under 3 doesn't need a FP) and my parents and brother can book separately.
