Are there Nick characters at USF??

Just curious if any of the Nick characters (rugrats, spongebob, etc) are around in the parks like WDW?

Around Nick Studios you can frequently see many Nickelodeon Characters like the Rugrats. I would ask Guest Relations on the day you are there to see if they have specific times or characters.
