...the transportation & ticket center to the resorts? Trying to plan the easiest way back to Pop from the Poly, and was wondering if we can walk to the TTC & catch a bus there.

Easiest way is to take the boat or monorail to MK and then catch the bus to POP from there.

No Disney resort buses go to the TTC. As noted by a PP, your best bet to get from the Poly back to Pop is to monorail/boat to the MK and then catch a bus to Pop from there.

PP's have already pointed out a good option. Another would be to take any park bus that comes to the Poly and then transfer to the POP bus at that park.

As stated, no park buses to/from TTC. Only buses to DHS and AK.
