Are the studios at HH really THAT big?!

I read a post that indicates that the studio at HHI is 455 square feet. That is even bigger than the studio at OKW. Does that seem correct to those who have been in both?

I hope so, as we can't get a one-bedroom villa for all of our March trip, so would be in a studio.

We've stayed in both. I wouldn't say that HHI studios are noticeably larger than OKW, but they are configured differently which makes a difference. In the HH studio we had, you came in the door, the little kitchenette was on the right, the bath straight ahead, then you turned the corner to the right into the main room. One of the big differences is that these studios have a queen bed and a pullout queen sofa. That sure makes the room LOOK bigger. Have a fun trip.

I am not sure of square footage but it is big. We were at HHI for New Year's '07 and my DSIL and BIL stayed in the studio and we had the rest of the family in the 2bdrm. I thought they were very nice and good size. Have a great trip.

The studio we stayed in at HHI was set up the same way as above. It did make it look big. The porch was really big too! The studio at OKW was set up with the kitchenette between the room and the bathroom. There seemed to be more walking room between the beds and the table at OKW. I think it may have a lot to do with where the studio is located at the resort and how the room is set up.

The differeence seems in the layout and the large size of the balcony or
porch. They seem very spacious.

I know what thread you speak of and I was surprised, but given the confirming source of information (Doc) I would bet my board on it.
