Are the ice cream carts up and running?

Oh, yes!! They are all over!! Small World Mall, Thunder Trail, near Space, Main Street hub. Just off the top of my head.

Pretty sure, that's still a no right now. But things change daily. The Bavarian pretzel is available over at Sonoma Terrace.
