Are the Disney phone lines down?

Tried both my cell & house phone and cannot get through to any Disney number, just get a 'Your call did not go through message'.

Is anyone able to get through this morning?

I have been getting busy signals all morning.

I keep getting busy signal. Also tried to book online and could not do that.

I can't get it to work either. It's a weird sound too, it's not a busy sound, but something else.
I had called because I can't get the website to let me put my trip in the cart. I got so frustrated I tried other hotels, different date combos, and nothing will work. It keeps saying Sorry, we were unable to add the vacation package to your cart at this time, please try again.
So, I guess they are experiencing technical difficulties.

I'm on the phone now. It looks like they must have switched their automated system over this morning. There are less prompts and none of the ones that require speaking anymore. All options are now "press 1 for this or 2 for that." Much better than it used to be!

I had the problem last week. I called the number on the MDE website instead of the WDISNEY number and got through right away.
