Are restaurants open during evening EMH?

On our upcoming trip, we'll be going to an evening EMH at DHS. Will the TS restaurants stay open throughout the night, or will they close when the park closes to offsite guests?

I'm pretty sure the restaurants still close at their regular hours. They do keep a few counter service places open though.

I do not know about DHS but we did evening EMH last week at MK and nothing was open, no TS, no CS. We did see a snack cart that sold popcorn but that was about it.
