I like the whole egg also, but still trying to lose some more weight, so the yolk has a lot of calories.

It has more than the white, yeah, but I just plan for it. I think it has a lot of nutrition? I like to eat 300 cals for breakfast to keep me full til lunch and if I only ate the white I wouldn't have hit that haha
 
Morning... not sure it's good. Dog was playing with that huge bug from the weekend (he found it) so I had a nice roach-chasing session. Ugh

Now he is asleep and snoring tho (the dog... I hope the roach is in a kind of sleep where snoring is not possible)

Hahaha your dog made an awesome new bestie! Love when they play with things they know they shouldn't.

Oh my, yuck! Mine are all asleep, and not one of them is snoring.

Yes, but there is so much junk around me all day, and I save my extra calories for a shot of vodka or a glass of wine....

I try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day...

Ah I see. I used to do that but I was hungry all the time cause the small meals weren't satisfying. Now i just do 3 squares

So far it is working for me... I also have been trying to get 30 to 35 grams of Solvable fiber everyday, which is harder than you think

I try to get fiber too but I am happy with 20. It certainly does seem the small meals work for you! I think when I did it it left me more of an option to overeat more often lol

Oh I understand, but I make myslef log everything I eat. It makes me think twice about eating things if I have to write them down and see the calories..
 
I have been reading a book about metabolism and how eating effects that and how bad everything is for you...

Hi All! You have been busy today!

I'm trying an experiment. When I saw the Doctor about my cyst, she suggested (as she does every visit) on ways to cut down on my weight. She said that just cutting out wheat (essentially eating GF like Kim's hubby) will cause instant weight loss. I hadn't had any wheat since breakfast the day before (Sunday).

So I have secretly been cutting wheat out of my diet since then. Tuesday I was down two pounds. I will get on the scale tomorrow and if I see significant weight loss again, I will be devastated. I love my pasta! :sad1: But I really need to drop 30-50 lbs! :scared1:

So we'll see what happens tomorrow morning!

Well yay for losing but am I going to have to adjust my dessert for the cookout??? :)
