I called at 12:00 and was on hold for more then a 1/2 hour. I had to get back to work at 12:30. So I don't know if rates are out or not

I called 1:15 Eastern Time and they are still not out. The CM I spoke to said that they are waiting for them and she thought that they should be out soon--the next couple of days. Lets keep our fingers crossed!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just called to check on the rates.

Not yet.

The CM that I talked to said She thinks when they come out it will be in the beginning of a week. Thats when the CMs are normally are told about them. She said a Mon. or a Tues.

So everybody keep trying and I will too.

Doesn't the Mickey Monitor next come out in May?

Aren't AP rates released on Sundays?

I thought that was how it works, AP rates are released with the Mickey Monitor - at least it used to be that way, but who knows anymore with all the changes and the economy.

I was looking at the history of AP rates on Mary's website, and not only have they been out by now the last two years, but they went through August. Disney sure seems to be holding discounts "close to the vest" so to speak.

The Mickey Monitor is a newsletter that is sent to some people with activated annual passes. Sometimes they offer hotel discounts (usually not much left by the time the newsletter gets to you. Sometimes they offer other specials just for AP holders such as coupons.
