April Fools!!! 100 day challenge! list of challengers added to post #1

Oh, and is anyone good at clipart design? It would be cool if we could have a 100 day challenge clippie, but I am completely clueless on how to do that.

Well it is day 2 and I am sticking iwth my challenge so far. I a drinking 64 ounces of water and feel good about it. Today was a running day, which felt real good also.

We can all do this together!
 
Day 2 -- WOO WOO!!

Another day done -- did a 48 minute run and some core work and reached for some rice and a pop tart instead of fast food (is that good? Probably not, but better than fast food! Cheaper, too!).

Glad to see lots of success on this thread. Here's some :wizard: for those who are still working toward their challenge goal today.

Ok, thanks guys for the input. I think I will actually drop the calorie count portion of my goal. Mostly I think that I will aim for it, but I really am not good at actually tracking my calories everyday. I get bogged down during the week sometimes and don't feel like I have time to journal, much less go to fitday and calculate it all too! So, I will take one step at a time.

I will stick with the other goals
1. Journal my food and exercise daily - which should help me with my other goals
2. exercise 4 times a week minimum
3. Weight goal for July 9th = 170lbs, goal for the half way mark = 181lbs. (I decided to shoot higher than my 15lbs so that maybe I will actually hit 15 )

Just with one less. On my journal I will give calorie counts as often as possible and try to estimate the rest of the time.

So far I exercised yesterday and today (and monday which will count toward this week's goal of 4 days). I also journaled both days. :cool1: Headed in the right direction!!

Day 1 made my exercise and water challenge.

Day 2 made the exercise but didn't get the water in. I was in charge of our University computer store's Trade show. I was running around like crazy, drank the water but not 60 oz. ALthough, I did make up for some water loss with glasses of wine after it was over. :laughing:

Hey guys, how is everyone doing? I know I still have to update the challenger list, and I will get to it!

I am doing pretty good! Mostly because my car is still in the shop so I can't be tempted to drive to McDonalds!;)

Got my exercise in both days and doing good with the food.

Doing good here on day 3, drinking water and will get it all in before bed. Tomorrow is a run day and well onwards I say.

Doing good so far. I did 40 on the bike tonight and 20 of strength, plus was good yesterday too. 3/3 so far!
 
So far i did WW all week and didnt cheat. I havent done that in 10 years. Gradually adding in the treadmill and strength too as an extra to my challenge. Happy we have the challenge.
 
I made it through day 3 and have journaled everyday. I have 3 exercise sessions done so far this week (inc. monday)... just one more to go:cool1:

Made my challenge(S) today, water and exercising time in. 3 days of at least 64 ounces of water -- :banana:

I really feel that I can do this for 100 days.
 
On day four I journaled my food and lack of exercise. I didn't eat very well, but today will be better.

So far today I have done my exercise. So I have reached my goal for this week of exercising at least 4 days.

Food has been good so far today and we are not going out to eat tonight, so I should be able to make up for some of the bad choices yesterday. :thumbsup2

Hi,

we another day of doing well. Water and exercise are crossed off of the "To do list" and well. Food could have been a little better today, but I do allow mself one "cheat day" occasionally.

Has anyone noticed that the more you drink water the better it tastes?
